Nate Reichkitzer BS, CSCS, CSAC, RPR
Director of Sports Performance
Specializations- Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility, Restorative Performance Reset
Nate is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), certified speed and agility coach (CSAC), and he is certified in reflexive performance reset (RPR). Nate has a diverse background from coaching middle school and high school sports in football and lacrosse. He ran strength and conditioning programs for lacrosse teams at Harper Creek and Ann Arbor Pioneer. He was an intern at Total Performance where he ran speed and agility classes for athletes all the way from youth to collegiate level. Nate also honed his craft as an intern at Eastern Michigan University with the sports performance department where he worked with all 19 sports in some capacity. Nate has a passion for training athletes and helping them achieve their full potential. For the last four years Nate has shared his passion and commitment to improving athletes of all ages and adults seeking to achieve higher levels of health and wellness here at Athletika Sports and Fitness.
Blake Brewster BS, USAW
Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Specializations- Olympic Weightlifting
Blake is certified through USAW as a level 1 sports and performance coach. Blake graduated from Wayne State with a bachelors in exercise science. He completed an internship with the strength and conditioning staff at Wayne State under Coach Ruben Mendoza. He was also an intern at Eastern Michigan University with the sports performance staff under Coach Ron McKeefery. Blake specializes in coaching weightlifting, and he has coached many different sports at the Division 1 and 2 level. Over the last four years Blake has worked for Athletika Sports and Fitness sharing his passion for building relationships and gaining the trust of athletes/clients to help them reach their goals.
